04 / Responsibility

The company behind the transaction is not a mystery.

MotusAI Labs LLC is responsible for the FencingAI software it sells, including digital fulfillment, customer support, cancellations, and eligible refunds. Stripe processes eligible card payments; MotusAI Labs does not store full card numbers.

One legal operator

MotusAI Labs LLC develops and operates FencingAI and HaloRides. Product support stays connected to the company named on this site.

Digital service delivery

FencingAI analyses are delivered in the customer's account after a submitted video is processed. Nothing is shipped.

No hidden renewal

FencingAI credit packs are one-time purchases. Neither product currently enrolls customers in an automatically renewing subscription.

No wagering

FencingAI is training software. It does not offer sports betting, odds, entry-fee contests, cash prizes, or wagering services.

No money transfer

HaloRides credits cannot be transferred between people, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash. Card top-ups are not enabled.

A note on HaloRides.

HaloRides is coordination software, not a taxi or ride-hailing service. It helps members of private communities organize rides with people they know or invite.

MotusAI Labs currently provides the software platform only. HaloRides does not collect ride fares, process payments for drivers, or transmit money between members.

Is MotusAI Labs a software-as-a-service company?

Yes. MotusAI Labs LLC develops and operates web-based software products. FencingAI currently uses prepaid credits instead of a recurring subscription, while HaloRides is available in beta without card payments.

When is a FencingAI purchase delivered?

Credits are added digitally to the customer's approved account after a successful payment is confirmed. An analysis result is delivered in the account after the customer submits a supported video and processing completes.

Do credit packs renew automatically?

No. FencingAI packs are one-time purchases in U.S. dollars. We do not automatically charge a customer again for the same pack.

Can I request a refund?

Unused FencingAI credits may be eligible for a refund when requested within 14 calendar days of purchase. Failed analyses are eligible for credit restoration or another remedy. See the full Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Does HaloRides charge for rides?

No. HaloRides does not currently sell transportation, accept card payments, or process driver payouts. If the commercial model changes, pricing and terms will be published before any charge is collected.
